What size of projects do you typically take on?
Our work ranges from single custom homes around 2,000 square feet to multiplex developments of six units, and rental portfolios in the hundreds of units. We’re sized to take on roughly six to ten significant projects at a time.
Both. We invest our own capital alongside a curated group of partners. For multiplex and rental developments we regularly co-invest with aligned outside partners under structured equity agreements.
From acquisition through handover, most custom homes take eighteen to twenty-four months. Roughly six months in design and permitting, twelve to fifteen in construction, and the balance in finishing and final approvals.
Yes. Our property management practice operates independently and takes on third-party residential portfolios where there’s a fit. We’re particularly suited to long-hold owners who care about tenant retention and capital planning.
Our work is concentrated in the Lower Mainland — Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, and Langley — with selective projects further afield on the West Coast.
