— Quick Answers

A few things people often ask before reaching out.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond to every inquiry within two business days. For urgent matters, calling our office is the fastest way to reach a senior team member.

Are initial consultations charged?

No. The first conversation is always at our cost — we want to make sure there’s a genuine fit before either of us commits to anything more formal.

Do I need to have everything figured out first?

Not at all. The best conversations often start with a rough idea or a question. We’ll help you think through feasibility, timing, and whether we’re the right fit.

Can I tour an in-progress project?

In many cases, yes. Site visits can usually be arranged once an active conversation is underway, subject to safety and ownership permission.
