Havenstone has its roots in East Vancouver, in the city’s historic Chinatown, where our founders grew up. It’s a neighbourhood shaped by generations who built something lasting from the ground up, and it instilled in us a deep respect for craft, community, and permanence.
Our founders bring seasoned experience from across a range of industries, each contributing a distinct perspective on how a project should be planned, financed, and delivered. That collective expertise now defines our approach to residential development, from custom homes to multi-unit projects across Greater Vancouver. Each project, regardless of scale, is approached with the same principles: rigorous feasibility, integrated delivery, and a refusal to compromise on the details that quietly define a building’s life.
